The service
J7 Marketing provides social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing services on the fixed monthly plans described at time of sign-up. Plans are month-to-month with no minimum term.
Billing
Plans renew automatically each month via the payment method on file. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing section — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Delight Guarantee
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your plan, contact support for a full refund of that period's payment.
Content ownership
Content created for your account belongs to your business once delivered. You grant us permission to publish it to the social accounts you've connected.
Account termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment or violation of platform (Meta, TikTok, etc.) policies.
